Refund & Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 3–5 days from the date of delivery only in the following cases:

• Product is damaged during delivery
• Wrong product received
• Product has a manufacturing defect

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• Product must be unused and in original condition
• Original packaging, accessories, and invoice must be included
• Return request must be raised within the specified time period

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Used or damaged products (not caused during delivery)
• Consumable items such as resin and filament
• Customized or special-order products

4. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable. In case of returns due to our error (damaged or wrong product), return shipping cost may be covered by us.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.
